Dr. Mooney was born in Yonkers, New York and was raised in Danbury, CT along with his four siblings. After graduating from Danbury High School, he received his BA from Western Connecticut State University. He later attended Tuft's School of Dental Medicine, earning his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) in 1993. He has practiced General Dentistry in Danbury since 1994.
